Connect2 helps men, woman overcome addiction by providing support and advocacy. Our goal is to help individuals affected by addiction gain the skills needed for independent living, using community resources and caring churches. We form meaningful relationships with those we support and work with various agencies, always leading with honesty and integrity.

Connect2 has expanded to offer various services, including:
 

  • Street Outreach

  • Community Recovery Groups

  • Supported Advocacy for healthcare, legal issues, rehab referrals, support in rehab, and aftercare support
