Rehab Support:
We offer three main types of support to ensure effective rehab referrals. Figure 1 below shows a flow chart and briefly explains the support provided before, during, and after rehab. You can find a more detailed explanation later in this document, and you can always ask Connect2 staff for more information or clarification.
